Refunds, Return and Shipping Policy

We appreciate your purchase at Dosha Tea, LLC, and we’re always here for you. On the rare occasion something goes awry, our trusted customer service team is happy to offer a solution!

We guarantee that our handcrafted functional teas will leave our facility in peak condition. If you are unsatisfied with your products, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange for your purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, on merchandise returned to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Dosha Tea, LLC is not responsible for the return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference or non-quality related issues.

Please note that returns over $100 are subject a 20% restocking fee, depending on circumstances, and will be deducted from your total.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be new, unopened, and unused. It must also be in its original packaging (if applicable).

To begin processing your return, please send us an email explaining the reason of return and add a receipt or proof of purchase. Your return cannot be processed without a receipt or proof of purchase. Send an email to explaining your situation. Allow up to five business days for your case to be reviewed. We will update you as soon as your request has been processed or contact you by email if any additional information is required to process your request. In certain situations, descriptions and/or photos may be required.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.

Products subject to this policy are herbal tea blends, tea ware, glassware, and other accessories. Absolutely, no returns, exchange, or refund after 14 calendar days has passed from the date of delivery.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will examine it and notify you via email that we have received it. After checking the returned item, we will promptly inform you of the refund’s status. If your return is accepted, we will begin a refund to the payment method originally used by you. Depending on your card issuer’s regulations, you will receive a credit within ten – fifteen business days.

Each customer can use every coupon code only once, and only one per transaction. You can’t choose to apply two different coupon codes to the same checkout process.


You are responsible for paying the postage fees associated with returning your goods to us. Shipping expenses cannot be refunded. Shipping fees will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for it.
In the case of requesting an exchange, we cover shipping costs only for non-food products and if your products are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the reason for an exchange is not related to damage or defect of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you received our products as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at If you are returning a box of over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. All returns must be in new, unopened, and unused condition.

Processing time

When returning your product(s), please allow up to 5 business days for the package to be received and processed. Once the item has been processed, allow up to 5 business days for your ordered to be shipped.

What if an item is missing, or if I received the incorrect item?

Missing item:

If your order is missing an item, it may have shipped separately from a different fulfillment center and arrive in a different box at a later date. You can track each package and see which products were shipped in each box.

If all boxes for your order have been delivered and an item listed in the enclosed packing slip is missing from your order, you can request a refund or replacement with just a simple email to

Incorrect item:

If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at  If the product you received is similar to the product pictured online, you may have received an updated version of the product with a new label and/or similar name. We may request pictures of the product you received to help in the processing of your refund or replacement request

Can I cancel or edit my order?

If your order is placed while logged into your account, there is a limited window of time (about 15 minutes from the time the order was placed) that you will have the option to cancel it by visiting the My Account page. The option to cancel your order will no longer be available after that time.

Note that items cannot be added to your order after it has been placed, even by our team.

For orders placed using Guest Checkout, no changes or modifications can be made.

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?

Please email immediately and we’ll do everything we can to update your order to ship to the correct address. However, depending on the status of the order and the shipping method, we may not be able to update your shipping address, re-route your package or ensure successful delivery of your order.

We strongly recommend that you review the details of your order to ensure the address information is correct before submitting the order; we cannot offer refunds or replacements on orders for which the incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout.
